Job Location:Jetalpur Road, Vadodara

Responsible to generating sales leads (online/offline), gather contact details of prospective clients and contact them for company’s products which include syndicated research reports, custom market research assignment, various consulting projects, social media marketing etc.

• The person would be doing regular follow up with client companies, share marketing material, sample reports, send quotation, negotiating terms with the client at a cost best suited for them and converting them into successful clients.


• Considering the huge potential of consulting from surrounding industrial cluster, the person would be making sales funnel of nearby corporate clients and generate sales (Initially it will be Manjusar/ Makarpura/ Waghodia/ Halol/ Jarod etc which may expand in future).


• Responsible to perform all the ATL, BTL marketing activities for the company which includes attending event/ seminar / conference to increase brand awareness / presence in the market.


• The person would be giving continuous feedback to research team and help them prepare Press Release, Report Description, Sample reports etc. The person would use the same marketing material to enhance the media presence of the company’s products and services.


• Responsible for the preparation of corporate brochure, industry specific presentations, email marketing, quotations, invoice etc.


• Responsible for competition tracking of report type, report industry, report geography, report title, license type, pricing strategy, media presence, branding activities, distribution network, etc.  


• In addition to direct sales, the person would be coordinating with the existing business partners and responsible to expand the distribution network.  


• He/She needs to look after maintaining healthy relationships with journalists to promote company’s services in the local and international market.


• Looking after generating regular feedbacks from the clients in order to improve overall client satisfaction for the company’s products and services.


• He/She must liaise between other departments and the client to provide the service most suitable to the client’s needs, cost and time restraints.


• He/She would also be required to produce reports on progress within the department and outline any developed strategies to improve.


• Able to efficiently respond to any online or telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner.

Desired Profile:

• Fresh/Experienced management graduate (BBA/MBA) any specialization with excellent written and oral communication, organizational or project management skills.


• Ability to take responsibility of assigned tasks and work with minimum guidance.


• Motivated self-starter & able to work under pressure with tight deadlines.


• Candidate should have knowledge of Market Research industry.


• Proficiency in MS Office (power point, excel and word)
