As you read this, we presume that you have a report or reports in mind that you wish to purchase from us. A simple and easy way to place your order is by clicking on the links provided on the report page. Our web pages host simple forms that can take you to having a copy of the report within hours.

2Call Us

While our lead forms are self-explanatory, we feel that many of our customers prefer calling us to place the orders. This is simply because they feel we could address small concerns they have regarding the transaction or the report itself. A customer service executive is available to take your call and help you with answers to your queries and in the meantime guide you with placing the order with us.

Another option to communicate with us about your order is email. 1. First of all you need to sign up with us. By providing some basic information like your user name, password, email address, contact number, billing address, shipping address you can get signed in. even you can sign up via your Facebook/Linkedin/Twitter Account.

2. Once you got logged in, add your desired report to the cart. You can edit the quantity of the report to be purchased or delete the report.

3.  In the next step, you will see an overview of the reports in your shopping cart. You can either add or delete reports before you proceed to Checkout. You'll get the applicable discounts and related tax information on the report.

4. After you've hit proceed to checkout, your profile would be visible and you can update the billing information. If any necessary information is missing you need to fill it. If you have already filled the company details, this step will be skipped automatically.

On the payment page, you can select any preferred mode of payment from the available options. i.e. Credit Card/Debit Card/net banking, Paytm, PayPal, CC Avenue, Stripe. Our website is secured but if you prefer to handle credit card details over the phone you can select 'payment by credit card by Phone'.

you can make payment by cheque or wire transfer - If you do make the payment via cheque or wire transfer then the delivery of the report will take place within 24 hours after the full payment is reflected in our accounts. We have a standard protocol in place for delivery of our research reports. The process in place is a result of experience and prevailing logistics benchmarks. So, if you have ordered an exclusive copy of the preferred report, you will get the soft copy or hard copy depending upon your choice in the following manner-

  • For A Soft Copy

We usually take 24 hours to provide a PDF format of the requested report to the email id registered with us while placing the order. This, however, may vary depending on the customer’s requirements. In case of a customized report, we communicate the deadline through email after receipt of payment. Actual Market Research is known to keep its promises, and we usually strive to deliver a copy of the report before the specified deadline.

  • For A Hard Copy

In case you have also requested for a physical copy of the report, delivery depends on your location. Actual Market Research ships a printed copy of the report to the desired address and a delivery fee is charged basis the location. Usually, delivery time is the same as mentioned by our logistic partners. However, circumstances or logistic issues may cause delay, and Actual Market Research cannot be held responsible for the same. At the same time, any damage to the report copy during transit is not Actual Market Research's responsibility.
